Hi my name is Rosario Diaz and I am the General Manager at Española Way Suites. I am originally from Mexico and I moved to Miami Beach 8 years ago.  Previously, I was in the Real Estate industry doing both residential sales and leases. In addition, I had my own "top ranking" real estate rentals website, which paved the opportunity for me to now be the Manager at this beautiful vacation rental property. I am in charge of the suites rental process and assuring guest comfort. I am also the www.espanolawaysuites.com administrator and Social Media Marketing Director.

I love the scenery and ambiance of Espanola Way. As soon as you step out of our property you will start enjoying the music, vibe, aromas and people of Española Way. I like the fact that my job allows me to enjoy this wonderful lifestyle, while at the the same time interacting with people from around the world.

Welcome to Espanola Way Suites Blog !!

Hi everyone ! 

Espanola Way Suites is a Vacation Rental Property here in Miami Beach, Florida. Located specifically in one of the most charming and historic streets of South Beach. We are a boutique building with 11 units. We count with 1 and 2 bedroom suites all fully equipped for your extended stay. 

The suites are fully renovated and completely furnished. They feature 700 Sq.Ft., new kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and black granite counters. They also have fully renovated bathrooms with shower glass doors, plenty of closet space, a safety deposit box on each room, plasma TVs in bedrooms and living rooms, wireless high-speed internet and laundry facilities ! Our building and suites have electronic secured entrance and 24 hr security cameras. Unfortunately we do not allow pets and smoking is prohibited in all the inside of the building and suites.  

This unique extended stay property opened its doors June 1st 2011.
